Orders are delivered as per the time you chose at the checkout.
All orders will get up to 10 working day. Often we are much quicker than this. Please note that business days do not include weekends.
Please note once when the parcel have been dispatched, we don't have any control how long it will be delivery with courier.

I've received a damaged item, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear this. Please send an email to info@tandjscents.co.uk with your order number and a picture of the issue, we will then resolve within 48 business hours by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Or message us via our Burn boozy Burn Facebook page with your order number and a picture of the issue.
However, please note that we do not replace or issue refunds for our wax melts which have arrived snapped. This can happen during the postal process We're afraid.
Are our products safe around pets & kids?
Yes, all products are safe to use around pets & kids when used as directed. However, it is essential to keep the warmer or burner away from pets & kids and ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent accidental spills or fires. Includes Reed Diffuser, Air Diffuser & Candle.
Are Burn Boozy Burn Wax Melts & Candle Vegan?
Yes, all our wax melts & candle are Vegan. They made with Soy Wax
Can you recycle your products
Yes mostly of our products are recyclable.
BUT not the top cap of reed diffuser and the car air freshener top cap, please throw them in the general bin.
All products must be thrown in the correct recycling bin.
Also our packaging is recyclable too.
