Instructions for Use

Set Up Your Burner:
- Place a wax melt in the dish on top of your melt burner. No water is needed.
Switch On Your Electric Wax Burner:
- Plug in your burner and turn it on using the dial switch located on the cord.
- Please note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the wax to fully melt and release its fragrance, as the warming bulb heats more gradually than a flame.
Turning Off:
- Always turn off your burner when you’re not home, not using it, or after a maximum of 4 hours of use.
Changing Fragrances:
- Switch off the burner and allow the wax to harden completely.
- Once cool, gently apply pressure to remove the hardened wax from the dish.

Really great customer service, had an issue with the samples i bought caused by the delivery/courier company, still replaced the samples and provided swift customer service. Really made sure that everything was sorted. Provides a great range of samples. Got sent an email straight after package was sent which was less than 24 hours after I paid. Would definitely buy from again for pretty much all samples
